The American DreamCard™ Platinum MasterCard®, issued by HSBC
Bank Nevada, N.A., is a great credit card for those with
better credit who are in search of a platinum credit card
with a monthly cash sweepstakes scheme.
With the American DreamCard™ Sweepstakes program, you gain a
single entry in the sweepstakes for each dollar that you
spend in purchases, cash advances, and balance
transfers as well. Cardholders of the American DreamCard™
Platinum MasterCard® also receive 1,000 bonus entries
when they apply for the card on the internet. Every month,
one winner will be selected for a cash prize of up to one
half of 1 percent of the total amount of net (not gross)
dollars spent by all the participating American DreamCard™
cardholders during the corresponding prize drawing period,
starting at $25,000.00.
This card also offers a great referral program that rewards
participating cardholders with up to 50 entries for each
single referral, plus you can receive a signing bonus of
1,000 entries for each referral who becomes a cardholder of
the American DreamCard™ Platinum MasterCard®.
The card currently has no annual fee and a reasonable
interest rate on purchases (for those folks who qualify). It
is most important to note that the APRs for all transactions
are tied to the highest Prime Rate during any given
three-month period. Therefore, due to this policy on the
American DreamCard™ Platinum MasterCard®, the lowest
possible interest rates may never be obtained.
Apart from the sweepstakes program itself, the card does not
offer any of the more common benefits that are associated
with most platinum status credit cards that are available.
Still, many of us like to dream about one day getting a
windfall "out of the blue" and enjoy such programs as the
American DreamCard™ Platinum MasterCard® has to offer.
Be certain to examine the terms and conditions of this or
any other credit card before you apply if you decide to do
so. At the time this article was written all the information
was factual and true but do note that many credit card
companies change the terms and conditions of their offers
from time to time.
